MAGIC STICKER™

Below we present the properties of PEGATANKE, all these properties are calculated for a PEGATANKE KIT, equivalent to 46g of glue and 44cc of volume.

• CURING TIME: 30 minutes in the sun. In countries where the ambient temperature is around 25°C to 40°C. In the shade, 1:30 to 2:00 hours. Curing time may increase or decrease depending on these ambient conditions.

  
  

  EMPTY: -28 psi working pressure in holes up to 5 mm in diameter. We have no tests for higher vacuums.
  
  

  STRAIN: 580 psi, at this tension it bursts.

  
  

  TEMPERATURE: Greater than 300 °C, either by radiation or contact transmission, not by direct flame.

  
  
  PRESSURE: 100-120 psi working pressure, in holes up to 5 mm in diameter. We do not recommend using pressures above this.

  
  

  SUBSIDIAL TEMPERATURE: -30°C, we have no evidence below this freezing temperature.

  
  
  DEAD WEIGHT: 250 kg. For 46 g of glue.

  
  

  DRYING UNDER WATER: A full cure is achieved in approximately 10 hours. (This time may increase or decrease depending on the water temperature.)

  
  

  Once it has reached 100% curing, PEGATANKE is able to resist attack by acidic, alkaline and various solvent products for several years.

  Water Tanks

  To seal cracks in water tanks, you must apply a quantity of adhesive to the inside of the tank where the crack is located, regardless of whether the tank is full of water. Then, you must apply another quantity of adhesive to the outside of the tank where the leak is to seal and repair it. It is essential that the adhesive applied to the inside and outside of the tank blend together to achieve the desired result. Let it dry for the recommended amount of time in the sun or shade for the final seal.

  

  Automobiles

  Pegatanke is ideal for welding and repairing car parts such as bumpers, mirrors, mirrors, door handles, bodywork cracks, dents, etc. Apply the adhesive to the affected area and let it dry for the recommended time.

  

  Radiators

  Ideal for sealing cracks and welding radiators, apply a quantity of Pegatanke on the area to be repaired, let it dry for the recommended time in the sun or shade to obtain the desired result.

  

  
  

  INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE IN 6 STEPS:

Clean the application area

Mix contents 1 and 2 in equal parts

Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Apply the glue

Join the parts to be glued

Let it dry for 30 minutes in the sun, or an hour and a half in the shade.
